Friday Faves

We are heading out of town today for the weekend for our family Christmas party where I will be wearing my newly designed ugly sweater!

I have the guest room almost all finished up, just need to hang some stuff on the walls! I'm so excited to show off the final product, but heres a little sneak peak for now, to include my precious baby love who thinks its the most fun room ever to play in, for some reason!
Shes the stinking cutest.

Um, hi there, cozy. So I know I talk about pajamas and like lounge wear like a lot, but I can't help it. I like to be comfy.
I stumbled across this gorgeous and amazingly comfortable little set while browsing Target (no, I don't go every day. Stop judging me. So what, they know me by name?) and I fell so hard in love I hope Santa brings me every single pair.
I may or may not have bought myself a pair from my husband already, and I will inform him that he needs to wrap them up for me to open on Christmas morning..if I can wait that long for them.
They are lightweight but also keep me warm, which is perfect for this gal over here who sleeps with the window open all winter long. Sometimes I even put my window AC unit on so its literally freezing in the bedroom.
Anyways, go touch these magical pjs at Target and get yourself a pair the next time you get a chance. You'll thank me later.

I might talk about my hair some more. I can't help it, I'm so happy with it. I can't believe I waited so long to cut it! I might be a total mom now with my shorter hair, but its so easy to manage. #clichemomtalk
I used the wand on it this week, and I'm looooving it!

My super sweet girlfriend got engaged this weekend!! I love seeing all my friends getting to this stage in their life! I got married at an age some would call young (23) so I'm like an old married hag at this point.
So I think its super special to see all the people I love find this happiness!
My friend is an ice skater, and her boyfriend has a daughter from a previous relationship. The two of them met when she was giving his daughter skating lessons, and he asked her on their first date out on the ice!
They were doing a holiday skate program, so my friend and her boyfriends daughter skated together, and at the end, he came out onto the ice and proposed to her! It was so amazing, and it made all her dreams come true!
EEK! So cute!!!

When it comes to wrapping presents, I love to have a theme. This year, my hubby is also all about it so I got to go all out when picking out the paper!
We got all of these at Home Goods, and they were fairly cheap too for the quality! They were each $3 or under, which is amazing. Theres also sooo much paper, I know we will have a ton left over so I can use it again next year, which I won't but I'll pretend for now.
I picked up some twine instead of ribbon in tan, red and black and some chalkboard tags to keep with the kind of "rustic" looking theme with the tan!
I love them so much and can't wait to see all the presents wrapped under the tree! We have to hold off putting them under the tree until its time to open them because some little person might try to unwrap them all before its time..coughcoughharperlove.

Happy weekending! Can't wait to see everyone else favorites for the week!
