Since I have been cleared to start running again, one of my biggest struggles is finding music that keeps me motivated to keep going! I listen to the same playlist over and over, occasionally adding some new tunes I think are worthy. But for the most part, I stick to my classics! A lot of my tunes aren't "popular" songs, just songs I have come across that hit my mile time pace (between 8-9 minutes).
I'm always on the hunt for new songs and playlists, but a lot just don't make the cut! I need to know the song and be able to sing. Actually, its really because I like to know how much longer until the end of the song because I tell myself I can do anything for x amount of seconds, until the end of the song. So it pushes me to keep going!
